About
A one-person publishing shop for decisions that are hard to research
upskillme.shop is an independent digital publisher based in India. It is not a course platform, an ed-tech company or a reseller of other people's files. Every title in the catalogue is a PDF written and compiled here, sold once, and revised when the underlying facts move.
Why this store exists
The four subjects we publish on share one trait: the information exists, but it is scattered across forums, regulator PDFs, agent sales pitches, YouTube comments and threads that were true two years ago. The cost of that scatter is not just time. A student who trusts a WhatsApp forward about a "recognised" medical university can lose five years. A fresher who prepares for the wrong set of questions loses the only three interviews they get that season. A professional who keeps postponing AI ends up learning it under pressure instead of on their own terms.
A well-organised document is an unglamorous but effective fix for that. It does not need a login, a cohort, a Discord or a monthly fee. You read it once, act on it, and keep it for reference.
How a guide gets made
Each guide begins as a research file rather than an outline. We start with primary sources — regulator and council pages, official fee structures, published syllabi, a tool's own documentation and pricing page — and only then layer on the practical shortcuts that experienced people use. Anything we cannot attribute to a source, or justify from direct experience, is cut rather than padded.
Structure comes last. Every guide is reorganised around the order in which a reader actually needs the information: what to decide first, what to check before paying anyone, what to do in month one versus month six. That reordering is the part that takes longest and is the main reason the guides are worth what they cost.
Revision policy
Fees, screening requirements and AI tool pricing all change, often without notice. Each guide carries a revision date, and where a figure is likely to drift we say so in the text instead of presenting it as permanent. When something material changes — a screening exam rule, a recognition list, a tool's free tier disappearing — the file is updated. Existing buyers can email support and ask for the current version of a guide they already bought at no extra cost.
What we will not claim
- No guaranteed jobs, salaries, admissions, visas or exam results. A document cannot promise an outcome that depends on you and on third parties.
- No invented testimonials, star ratings, buyer counts or media logos. If you do not see social proof on this site, that is deliberate — we would rather show you the actual contents.
- No manufactured scarcity. Nothing here is "only available for the next 10 minutes"; prices are what they are and the files do not run out.
- No medical, legal, immigration or financial advice. The guides summarise publicly available requirements so you can ask better questions of the professionals who are qualified to advise you.
How the store is funded
Revenue comes from one-time PDF sales processed by Razorpay. We do not take commissions from universities, consultancies, recruiters or vendors, and no guide recommends a paid service in exchange for payment. Free articles on the blog exist to make the site useful even if you never buy anything; they may reference a relevant paid guide at the end, and that is the extent of the pitch.
Reaching a human
Support is handled by email at support@upskillme.shop, usually within two business days. If you spot a factual error in a guide, write in — corrections are treated as a priority and credited in the revision notes. Full contact details are on the contact page.
