Because the AI Survival Kit is a digital PDF delivered instantly after payment, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

When we can help

  • If payment was taken but the PDF did not unlock.
  • If you were charged more than the checkout amount shown.
  • If there was a duplicate accidental payment.
  • If the file is corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working copy.
