Terms of Use
These terms apply whenever you browse upskillme.shop, read an article here, or buy one of the downloadable guides. By completing a purchase you accept them. If any part is unacceptable to you, please do not buy — email us instead and ask.
1. What you are buying
Each product is a single downloadable PDF document, delivered once, with no account, subscription, cohort, mentoring or ongoing service attached. The product pages describe the contents, and the descriptions are accurate at the revision date shown. You are buying access to a file, not a course, a consultation or a placement service.
2. Licence and permitted use
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, store and print the guide for your own use. You may show it to your immediate family or a study partner. You may not resell, sublicense, upload to a file-sharing site or paid group, publish extracts as your own work, translate for distribution, or use the content to train a commercial model. Copyright in the compilation, structure and commentary remains with upskillme.shop.
3. Pricing, currency and taxes
Prices differ by region: Indian visitors are quoted and charged in INR, visitors elsewhere in USD. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged, with no additional handling fee from us. Your bank or card issuer may add conversion or cross-border charges, which are outside our control. Where any tax is applicable it is included in the displayed price. Prices may change for future purchases; a change never applies retroactively to a completed order.
4. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card number, UPI credentials or bank login. Access unlocks after the payment signature is verified on our server, which is normally immediate. Since nothing is emailed automatically, save the file before closing the page; if you lose it, we will re-send it free of charge on request with a valid payment reference.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is set out in full on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms. In summary: payment failures, duplicate charges, billing errors and unusable files are refunded; a correctly delivered and downloaded file is not.
6. Educational purpose and disclaimers
All content is educational and general in nature. It is not medical, legal, immigration, career-placement or financial advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Regulations, fees, syllabi and software pricing change; we revise guides when material changes come to our attention, but you should verify anything decision-critical against the primary source before acting, and consult a qualified professional where your situation requires one. We make no guarantee of any outcome, including employment, salary, admission, visa approval, exam results or cost savings.
7. Third-party links and tools
Guides and articles reference third-party tools, institutions and websites for your convenience. We do not control them, receive no commission for naming them, and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or terms. Any dealing you have with a third party is between you and them.
8. Acceptable use of the site
Please do not attempt to bypass the payment step, scrape the site at volume, probe or interfere with the checkout flow, or misrepresent your identity in a support request. We may decline or reverse a sale where we reasonably suspect fraud or licence abuse.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, fees paid to third parties, or decisions taken on the basis of the guides. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Changes, law and contact
These terms may be updated; the revision date above always reflects the current version, and the version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
